Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MarketFuse account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
